Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Monday: 3 PM PST: Burdis Burner: Stamina & Muscular Endurance
Tuesday: 6 AM PST: Stability Ball Strength Building & Core
Wednesday: 3 PM PST: HIIT Boxing & Upper Body Strength
Thursday: 6 AM PST: Flexibility, Boxing & Core
Friday: 3 PM PST: HIIT Legs Sculpt & Strengthen, Mobility & Balance
These classes focus on introducing progressive bodyweight and lightweight exercises with greater intensity offering longer stamina intervals, more muscular endurance opportunities, and plenty of strength building opportunities with flexibility, and mobility sessions to sustain training.
Beginners are currently working with Jen in the Morning Minis class, 1:1 Zoom sessions, or in person for the first 1-3 months to safely and sustainably transition into this afternoon intermediate range group class.

These small group personalized 30 minute classes are designed to build your confidence at a slower pace to offer the proper coaching opportunities on fundamental exercises, where heart rate stays at a moderate level and you have the opportunities to elevate or modify anytime while developing foundational strength, flexibility, and athletic movements.
