Monday - Friday
3 PM PST/ 6 PM EST
Monday: Whole Body Stability Ball Sculpt
Tuesday: HIIT Kickboxing Legs, Booty, & Core
Wednesday: Bodyweight Muscular Endurance
Thursday: HIIT Boxing Upper Body, Dumbbell Endurance, & Core
Flexibility Friday: Flexibility, Mobility, Balance
These classes focuse on introducing progressive bodyweight and lightweight exercises with greater intensity offering longer stamina intervals, more muscular endurance opportunities, and plenty of strength building opportunities with flexibility, and mobility sessions to sustain training.
Beginners are currently working with Jen in the Fall Morning Minis class, 1:1 Zoom sessions, or in person for the first 1-3 months to safely and sustainably transition into this beginner- intermediate range group class.

These 30 minute classes are designed to build your confidence at a slower pace to offer the proper coaching opportunities on fundamental exercises, where heart rate stays at a moderate level and you have the opportunities to elevate or modify anytime while developing foundational strength, flexibility, and athletic movements.
