This program is great for anyone who wants to practice in the privacy of their own home and then have the ability to continue with another 12 week video journey or join a beginner Zoom group. With over 30 videos building from standing and seated bodyweight upper body, core, and leg workouts 20 - 30 minutes in month 1, to 30 - 40 minutes of light weights, core, upper and lower body workouts, with beginning cardio boxing fundamentals in month 2, to 50 minute workouts focusing on whole body strength and stamina intervals. Go at your own pace in the privacy and comfort of your own home. Perform at your best and live your best life starting with building these life changing fundamentals. These video are even better when you build in some 1:1 training sessions with Jen to analyze form, develop self cueing for posture, and hear her encouraging stories to keep you going.
